Signage

Fully compliant signage has been installed in Rathbone's demised areas to assist disabled
persons with safe passage in and around the location.

Disabled Parking

There are no facilities available for parking at this location due to the access requirments of the building underground car park.  However there is parking available to the front of the building, which is for public use.

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair access to this building is via a portable ramp by the main entrance.  Non-wheelchair users can gain access via the main entrance up a few stone steps. Access to Rathbone's office and reception can then be obtained by using the intercom outside the ground floor suite

Induction Loop

There is no induction loop fitted within the office.  Writing
materials will always be available should this be a preferred method of communication.

Toilets 

There are disabled toilets at this location on the ground floor. Toilets are located on all floors of this property. There is lift access to all toilet facilities.

Lifts 

The building has a fully compliant lift, which can be used by visitors if required. Signage
will denote which floor the lift stops at.

Stairs 

Stairs and landings are adequately signed and illuminated. To visually assist users, treads
and risers are fitted with a nosing of a distinguishable colour.

Fire Exit

Where required a member of the company will assist you with safe egress from the building.
