Henry is an investment manager who started his career at Brewin Dolphin before joining Rathbones in November 2016. He assists Natalie Rizzi in managing investments for a range of private client portfolios, trusts and pension funds.

Henry is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having obtained the Investment Advice Diploma and the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.

Henry is an investment director with over 25 years' experience in the private client industry, both in the UK and Hong Kong. At Rathbones Henry concentrates on investments for private individuals, their pensions and family trust structures. Henry is qualified as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and holds the Securities Institute Diploma.

On returning to the UK from Asia in 1997, Henry worked initially at investment managers Raphael Zorn Hemsley and Tilney & Co. before in 2006 joining HSBC Global Asset Management, as a director. This was in the Discretionary Wealth Management division, with regional responsibility for the North and working closely with clients and their advisors. After 10 years service there he moved to Rathbones in 2016.

Hollie Curtis is an investment manager and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Securities and Investments. She joined Rathbones in 2017 having spent nine years at Brewin Dolphin managing private client portfolios from their Lymington and London offices. Hollie is passionate about increasing financial understanding and provides financial awareness sessions for local schools and organisations. She also co-manages a local professionals networking group, appreciating the value of, and encouraging, working in conjunction with clients’ other trusted advisers, including accountants, solicitors and financial advisers.

Iain works alongside Nick Roe-Ely in the management of investment portfolios for private individuals, pensions, trusts and charities. He is a member of the firm’s Adviser Specialist Group and contributes to the Rathbones investment process through his position on the Overseas Equities Committee.

A graduate of the University of Liverpool with a BA (Hons) degree in Modern History and Politics, Iain began his career with BNY Mellon working with institutional clients in its asset servicing division before moving to Rathbones in 2015.

Iain is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and has been awarded the level 7 CISI Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification. He also holds the CFA Investment Management Certificate and the CISI Investment Administration Qualification.

Iain is an investment director with experience managing a variety of bespoke portfolios including SIPPs, offshore bonds and discretionary trusts for private clients, financial advisers and solicitors.

Iain is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds the CISI’s Masters in Wealth Management (Level 7), Investment Management Certificate and a Diploma in Financial Services.  

Iain began his career in investment management in 2002 with Bank of Scotland Portfolio Management Service where he rose to the position of investment manager before joining Rathbones' Edinburgh office in 2010 following the acquisition of the Bank of Scotland business from Lloyds.

Ian is an Investment Director, specialising in helping Charities and other not for profit groups. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) as well as an Affiliate member of the Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners. He holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investment and is a member of the investment committee at Birmingham Women’s & Children’s Hospital and a Trustee of Forest of Hearts.

Ian has over two decades worth of experience, including a period as the Head of a regional specialist Charity team at another firm. Ian has considerable experience of working with and advising Trustees of Charities and other non-profit organisations of all types and sizes and from a wide range of sectors. He is also a frequent speaker on Charity related investment matters and he has published articles in journals such as The Business Influencer and Philanthropy Impact magazine.

Ian joined Rathbones as a client service executive in April 2020 as part of the acquisition of the Barclays Wealth Court of Protection team.

Prior to joining Rathbones, Ian worked for Barclays for eight years in various roles in their Retail and Wealth divisions. Since joining Rathbones, Ian has continued to provide support to our clients and their deputies/trustees. Ian is currently studying for the CISI Investment Advice Diploma with the hope of offering ever greater support to our clients.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his family and two cats whilst watching a copious amount of films and the NFL (when it’s in season).

Ian is an investment director, managing a variety of investment portfolios. Ian graduated in 2000 from Southampton Business School with an honours degree in Business Studies and is now a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.

Ian started his career as a trainee portfolio manager with HSBC in 2000. Ian spent nine years working in the Private Client department managing portfolios for private clients, personal pension funds, trusts and charities. Ian joined Rathbones in 2009.

After graduating in 1982 Ian joined Strauss Turnbull where he spent 20 years managing international portfolios for private individuals, trusts and corporate funds before joining Rathbones’ Edinburgh office in 2003.

Ian became a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments in 1986.

Ian is an investment director and has over 30 years’ experience in the discretionary management of investment portfolios.
