Tony is an investment director. He started his career in stock broking with Allied Provincial in 1987 and over a number of years worked in their Leeds, Lymington and Kendal offices before returning to Lymington to join Brewin Dolphin in 1998 where he became a divisional director. He joined Rathbones in September 2012.

Tony specialises in managing portfolios for private individuals, trusts and pension funds and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Tony is an investment director. Tony returned to Speirs & Jeffrey in 2015 after a seven-year break in his native New Zealand where he worked as a senior investment advisor for Forsyth Barr – New Zealand’s largest investment company. Tony was originally with S&J for 18 years, latterly as an associate director. He was appointed an investment director in May 2017 and manages investment portfolios for a wide range of clients. Speirs & Jeffrey was fully integrated with Rathbones in July 2019.

Tony is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Tony started his stockbroking career in 1986 and has now established 30 plus years’ experience of catering for the investment needs of high net worth individuals and family trusts. He is also a Chartered Wealth Manager and has a Securities Institute Diploma (Regulation and Compliance, Private Client Investment Advice & Fund Management). After joining Neilson Cobbold in Liverpool, a long-established firm in the City, Tony continued his responsibilities to his clients with Rathbones as an qualified investment director in the mid 1990’s and manages beneficial long-term client and intermediary relationships, specialising in providing bespoke investment solutions for self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs)/SSASs, offshore bonds, equity, bond and collective portfolios for private clients, trustees and charities.

Tony is married and lives on the Wirral, Cheshire with two grown-up daughters and pursues his active interests in classic cars, cycling, gardening and DIY.

Vicki graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2007 with a degree in Mathematics. After spending a couple of years working with a smaller financial firm in Glasgow, she joined Speirs & Jeffrey in April 2010. Speirs & Jeffrey was fully integrated with Rathbones in July 2019. She was appointed an Investment Director in January 2018 and manages a wide range of client portfolios. Vicki also sits on the Glasgow Management Committee and is head of the ‘Pink Cloud’ in our Glasgow office.

Vicki is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Vicki is also CISI industry specialist and sits on the exam panel for the Private Client Investment Advice and Management exam.

Victoria is an investment director with over 20 years' experience in providing and managing investment solutions to Charity and Pension Fund trustees, as well as to individuals including those with bespoke or complex investment requirements.

Victoria is a chartered fellow of the CISI and an experienced Trustee. She is a former Executive Trustee of the Edward Gostling Foundation, former trustees of the Lankelly Chase Foundation, an early adopter of the UNPRI, latterly chairing the Investment Committee, and former advisor to the Stroke Association Investment Committee.

Victoria joined Greenbank in 2015 from Barclays where she was senior director for the London Charity Team.  From 2007- 2010, Victoria was regional investment director for London and the South East responsible for the Gerrard Investment Management business, (£2billion in Private Client, Charity, Pension and Court of Protection portfolios). Victoria began her city career with Capel Cure Myers in 1998, following a successful career in Opera and Musical Theatre.

Will joined Rathbones in 2005, starting afresh in the Investment Management world after completing a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and then a county cricket career with Hampshire.

As Head of South, he oversees the Rathbones’ offices across the region as well as running the Winchester office. He is a Chartered Member of the CISI. 

Will is committed to making a difference for all those he works for and believes that teamwork is vital to that. By listening and understanding clients’ aims and objectives, he takes responsibility for seeking and achieving the best outcomes for them. To do so, he draws on his excellent team and Rathbones’ extensive specialist resources as well as collaborating with a wide range of external advisers.

Equally, Will is passionate about helping his colleagues to fulfil their potential, believing that a professional, healthy and motivated team is the key to providing clients with the best possible service.

His love of sport is fortunately reflected by his wife and three teenage children, though he can often be found seeking some peace and quiet in the garden or out with the family dog, Pedro.

Will works alongside Robert Szechenyi and Stuart Furzer managing discretionary multi-asset investment portfolios on behalf of UK and offshore domiciled individuals, companies and trusts.

Will joined Rathbones in 2019 from Abrdn where he was an associate portfolio manager. He has worked in the industry since 2012 having previously held roles at Lloyds Private Banking, Ashcourt Rowan & Abrdn.

He is a CFA Charterholder, holds CFA UK’s Investment Management Certificate and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Will graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Economics and Politics. He started his career at BWD Rensburg in Liverpool in 2000 until he left to join UBS in London six years later. After three years in the capital, he returned to Liverpool with Charles Stanley before joining Rathbones.

He is a Fellow of the CISI which gives him FCSI status and he is also a Chartered Wealth Manager. Over his career, he has managed the investments of private clients, trusts and charities within a variety of investment wrappers.

Before joining Investec, Will spent over a decade with HSBC and specialises in managing investment portfolios whilst working with clients and their advisors to minimise their current tax exposure and plan for the succession of family wealth. He has extensive knowledge and experience of utilising the benefits of complex wrappers including trusts, family investment companies and offshore bonds to help his clients achieve their financial goals.

Will studied Economics at Greenwich university and is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI
