Rathbones has won for another year the five Stars Online Innovation and Service award in the investments category at the FTAdviser Online Innovation and Services awards.

The awards were held on 29 June 2017 at OXO2 and showcased those providers who, in the opinion of intermediaries, deliver great service and are developing technologies to help advisers do business more effectively.

We won this award by being rated from over 1,100 advisers based on a poll which took place in 2016 and examined the following areas:

- Overall functionality and design (including mobile)

- Ease of transaction/business processing tools 

- Online product tools and literature

- Flexibility of changing options

- Innovation (including platform, APPs, portal, tools)

The FTAdviser Online Innovation and Service awards rate providers from 'One Star' (poor service) to 'Five Stars' (excellent service).
