Kim Nelson is a business development director leading asset management distribution in Scotland and Northern Ireland, responsible for engaging, supporting, and building relationships with wealth managers, financial advisers and intermediary clients across the region.

Kim joined in January 2025 from Schroders, where she was head of the Client Group for Scotland and Northern Ireland. In this role, she led all contact with intermediary clients in those regions. Prior to this she spent almost five years with Tilney, previously Deutsche Bank, as relationship manager and business development manager.

Dallas joined Rathbones in 2024 as a client service executive having previously worked at Evelyn Partners.

Georgios joined Rathbones in 2023 as a Graduate Trainee Investment Manager. Prior to Rathbones, Georgios graduated from Imperial College London with a MSc Finance and from the University of Munich LMU with a BSc Economics. He also holds the Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Matt joined Rathbones in 2020 in our Operations team in Liverpool before moving to London in 2021 where he now works as an Assistant Investment Manager working towards the CFA qualification. Prior to Rathbones, Matt graduated from the University of Leeds with an Economics degree before working in Australia for 2 years.

Nick supports Tim Johnson and Ollie Hext in managing discretionary portfolios for a diverse range of clients including private individuals, charities, personal pension schemes and bespoke unit trusts for large family groups, often within complex trust structures. He joined Rathbones on the graduate scheme in 2022 and has worked for a number of departments within Rathbones before joining Tim’s team.

Nick graduated in 2021 with a 2:1 in Economics, before undertaking a master’s degree in finance and Investment obtaining a merit in 2022, both from Durham University. He holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma and is working towards becoming a CFA charter holder.

David joined Rathbones in 2023. Based in the Leeds office, he is responsible for managing investment portfolios for private individuals, pensions, trusts and companies.

David has over 24 years industry experience having most recently worked as an Investment Director at Brown Shipley. In his role at Rathbones, David is committed to understanding his client’s needs and aspirations and providing the highest quality of service.

David is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, a Chartered Wealth Manager and holds an honours degree in Economic and Social History.

Based in the Leeds Office, Nick joined Rathbones in 2024 as an Investment manager. He enjoys managing multi-asset portfolios for private individuals, pension funds, trusts and companies. His primary focus is on building close relationships with clients and delivering the highest quality of service.

Nick is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, a Chartered Wealth Manager and holds an honours degree in Sociology. He has over 25 years of industry experience, having most recently worked as an investment director at Brown Shipley.

Stephen joined the Kendal office in 2023, having spent over a decade in the investment management industry starting his career in 2007.

Stephen graduated from Liverpool John Moores University having gained a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance, later he was awarded the Securities Institute Diploma and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. On an ongoing basis Stephen receives his annual Statement of Professional Standing from the Institute.

Based in the Kendal office, Stephen manages a range of private client, trust, pension and company portfolios. He works hand in hand with financial advisors, solicitors, and accountants to help clients with specialist investment advice.

Andrew Theban is an Investment Manager in our Bristol office and joined Rathbones in 2022, previously having worked at Investec.

He has over 10 years of investment and portfolio management experience looking after complex family arrangements, charities, pensions, trusts and has a particular interest in owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs.

Andrew is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.

Based in the Leeds Office, David joined Rathbones in 2024 in the Investment Team. He has over 21 years of industry experience, having most recently worked as an Investment Director at Brown Shipley. He enjoys managing multi-asset portfolios for wealthy families, pension funds, trusts and companies. He prides himself on building close relationships with clients and delivering the highest quality of service.

David is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, a Chartered Wealth Manager and holds an Honours degree in Financial and Business Economics.
