Jonathan is an investment director at Greenbank, specialising in managing tailored investment portfolios with a focus on sustainability, impact and ESG considerations. He started his career as an investment adviser at Tilney Investment Management and has since held roles at Close Brothers Asset Management and Sanlam Private Office, working with both private clients and professional intermediaries.

Jonathan holds the Investment Management Certificate, the Private Client Investment Advice and Management Diploma and the CISI Masters in Wealth Management. He is also a CFA Charterholder and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing as well as the STEP Certificate for Financial Services.

A Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Securities and Investments, Jonathan has a B.A. in Management Studies with Spanish from the University of Nottingham. He joined Rathbones in March 2022 and provides values-based investment solutions for private clients, trusts and charities, with an emphasis on ethical and socially responsible portfolios.

Esme joined Greenbank in October 2020 as a client service executive. She has worked in financial roles since 2017, first with Airbus and then with a wealth manager. Esme graduated from the University of the West of England in 2018 with a first class degree in Business Management with Accounting and Finance (Ba Hons).

Esme is a diploma level qualified member of the CII (DipPFS), having achieved the level 4 diploma in financial advice. She continues to study in this area with a special interest in ESG investments.

Lucy joined Greenbank in 2020. She graduated from Cardiff University with a first class degree in Mathematics, Operational Research and Statistics (BSc).

Lucy is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments having achieved the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (Securities) in April 2021. She is currently a CFA Level III candidate, having passed Levels I and II.

He has a first-class Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Leicester. He began his career working at Morgan Stanley before heading to Close Brothers Asset Management.

Dominic is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a holder of the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma.

Stephanie Sotiriou joined Greenbank in October 2021 and is an assistant investment manager. She was previously the investment manager of ESG fund-of-fund portfolios at TAM Asset Management. Stephanie has a Bsc (Hons) in Economics from The London School of Economics. She is a CFA Charterholder and a holder of the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management (IMC).

Joel began his career at BDO LLP, where he spent four years as an auditor. He qualified as an ICAEW ACA Chartered Accountant in September 2019. Prior to this, he read History at Durham University, graduating in 2016.

Saleem is a collectives analyst at Greenbank, responsible for ethical and sustainable investment fund selection.

He graduated in Economics and Management from Oxford University in 2005 and has postgraduate degrees from the Universities of Cambridge and Bristol. He holds the CFA UK Diploma in ESG Investment Management.

Saleem began his career in fund research at RBS in Bristol, before heading up the European investment research department at Citywire in Munich. He was most recently a senior ESG advisor at the Swiss data science firm RepRisk. Saleem joined Greenbank in 2020.

Kai conducts analysis of investments against a range of environmental, social and governance criteria for both new ideas and companies in Greenbank’s investment universe. Kai’s focus is on climate impact and risk assessment across the investment portfolios Greenbank manages and his areas of interest include climate solutions, net zero and smart cities. Kai joined the ethical, sustainable and impact research team in March 2019 after graduating from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Law and he is a CFA Charterholder.
