Kerry joined Rathbones in 2014, having previously joined Rooper & Whately in 2013. Kerry trained with a Surrey based Legal 500 Firm of solicitors, qualifying in 2013.

Kerry advises on all aspects of private client law including Wills, tax and estate planning, domicile, powers of attorney and the establishment of trusts in lifetime and on death. She also deals with all aspects of the administration of estates, including estates with international considerations.

Kerry is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Amelia joined Rathbones in June 2019, having previously worked at Russell-Cooke LLP in their private client cross-border team.

Amelia advises on all aspects of private client law including drafting and advising trusts, tax planning and advice, succession planning including drafting of complex wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration (including those with an international aspect).

Amelia has a particular interest in art and heritage assets and has advised on the acceptance in lieu scheme for an estate. Amelia holds a Masters in Art, Business and Law.

Amelia is now on maternity leave.

Cheryl has many years’ experience of working in London law firms, mostly in Private Client, and at a paralegal level, drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney and client correspondence.

Cheryl is an enthusiastic singer with London Show Choir, and has a particular interest in animal welfare.
