Rathbones Inspire is available to any member of the management team of a fast growing entrepreneurial or family-run business, broadly those with at least 20% year-on-year growth and over £2 million in annual revenue. Businesses at earlier stages will also be considered.

The programme is particularly suited to companies that have already completed commercial transactions and/or fundraising – whether through venture capital, private equity or lenders – that are looking to exit within the next few years, are in the process of deciding on their exit strategy or want to support the transition to the next generation of family members. 

We want our community to represent the full depth and breadth of the UK’s entrepreneurial talent and particularly welcome female and BAME founders, and those from areas of the UK that have traditionally received less support.
