Natasha joined Rathbones in July 2017.  Prior to joining Rathbones, she worked at Amundi Asset Management as an institutional client associate responsible for looking after large corporates, local authorities and pension funds in UK and Ireland. 

Natasha graduated with a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Business Management from Queen Mary, University of London in 2012. 

Natasha works as a client service executive for two investment directors, James Blosse-Lynch and David Parsons. She manages the administration for the team, covering a variety of private clients, trusts, charities and pensions.

Will works alongside Robert Szechenyi and Stuart Furzer managing discretionary multi-asset investment portfolios on behalf of UK and offshore domiciled individuals, companies and trusts.

Will joined Rathbones in 2019 from Abrdn where he was an associate portfolio manager. He has worked in the industry since 2012 having previously held roles at Lloyds Private Banking, Ashcourt Rowan & Abrdn.

He is a CFA Charterholder, holds CFA UK’s Investment Management Certificate and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Ben joined Rathbones following the acquisition of Speirs & Jeffrey, where he initially started on the trainee scheme in 2018.  

Ben is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He has obtained the Investment Advice Diploma in Securities & Derivatives and Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) qualification.  Ben holds a degree in Industrial Design & Technology from Loughborough University.

Ben works predominantly with Mark Cowan and Stephanie Graham,  providing assistance for a wide range of clients including individuals, families, trusts, pension funds and charitable organisations.

Lizzie joined Rathbones in 2019 having previously worked at Seven Investment Management as a private client assistant relationship manager for just under four years.

She has nearly ten years’ experience in back office/operation asset transfers and front office roles with Tilney Bestinvest and Octopus Investments.

Freddie started his career in financial services at the beginning of 2018 when he joined Rathbones. In his role as an investment manager, he manages client portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts and pension funds. Freddie particularly enjoys building relationships with his clients, understanding their circumstances and goals to provide an excellent service.

Freddie graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a 2:1 in Mathematics. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having passed the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.

Freddie started his career in financial services at the beginning of 2018 when he joined Rathbones. In his role as an investment manager, he manages client portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts and pension funds. Michael is a corporate development analyst supporting Rupert Pepper as part of the team responsible for coordinating the M&A activities for the Group and leading Group-wide strategic projects. Prior to his current role, Michael worked as an assistant investment manager within a team specialising in the management of private clients, pension schemes and trusts.

He holds a BSc Honours in Economics from Brunel University and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment having completed his Investment Advice Diploma. Michael is currently studying towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Ben joined Rathbones’ research department in 2019 as a generalist covering UK and overseas equities. Ben formerly worked for 10 years as a buy-side analyst at Manulife Asset Management with primary responsibility for the Industrials, Telecommunication Services, and Material sectors in Europe and Japan. His role there included performing in-depth company research, portfolio construction and client communication. He graduated with a 2:1 degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford in 2006 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Lou is a client service executive in our Cambridge office.

She studied English Literature at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge and graduated in 2016. Shortly after she joined Rathbones in December 2016 and has since completed the IOC and is now studying towards a level 4 IMC qualification.

Lou supports the investment team and provides clients with a dedicated point of contact for their non-investment needs. She also sits on the Rathbones Cambridge Charity Committee, helping to support and fundraise for charities in the local area.

Darin started with Rathbones in 1992 after a period of time in the International Petroleum Exchange. He had a number of roles within Rathbones before joining the team as an assistant investment manager. He has been part of the team since 1995. Darin is fully qualified and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Lee works alongside Mark Winchester in the Cambridge office, looking after client portfolios and as a dedicated point of client contact. He also sits on the Rathbones Cambridge Charity Committee, helping to support and fundraise for charities in the local area.

Lee studied International Relations with Political Economy at the University of Birmingham and graduated in 2014. He is a member of the Institute for Securities and Investment and has also obtained his masters in Wealth Management, as well as the Investment Management Certificate. In his spare time he enjoys running, cycling and golf.
