Sarah lives in Kent with her partner and young daughter. In her spare time she is a keen photographer having studied photography and art in Leicester.

Adam is an investment manager and has worked in private client investment management since 2011. He joined Rathbones in 2017 having previously worked at Redmayne-Bentley.

Adam completed a Masters in Wealth Management in 2017. This is the highest qualification the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment offers. He graduated from University in 2008 with a 2:1 degree in Business Management with Finance and Economics.

Adam specialises in discretionary investment management for private clients, trusts, charities and personal pension funds (SIPPs). 

Adam is an investment manager and has worked in private client investment management since 2011. He joined Rathbones in 2017 having previously worked at Redmayne-Bentley.

Sophie joined Rathbones in 2016 where she started her career as a graduate trainee. Prior to this, she graduated with a second class honours degree in Chemistry from St Edmund Hall, University of Oxford.

Sophie assists with managing private client portfolios, trusts, charities and self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs).

She is a CFA Charterholder and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI).

Nicola is a client service executive for James Mayes and James Campbell-Grey, having worked at Rathbones for five years, and has responsibility in her cloud for coordinating marketing events. She is also a mental health first aider and a member of the company’s Diversity Committee. She previously managed a team in the research distribution department at Barclays Capital and worked in marketing at several institutional asset managers, including Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. She studied Italian and Classical History at Leeds University, and is fluent in Italian.

Oliver assists Tim Johnson in managing discretionary private client investment portfolios, together with a number of charities, city livery companies, personal pension schemes and bespoke unit trusts for large family groups, often within complex trust structures. He joined Rathbones in April 2016 having previously worked at First Trust Global Portfolios.

He is a member of Rathbones International Investment Committee supporting investment directors to provide investment management services to non-UK resident clients.

Oliver graduated from Exeter University gaining a 2:1 degree in French and Spanish in June 2015. He became a qualified Chartered Wealth Manager, MCSI, in 2019, having completed the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments Masters qualification.

Scott is an Assistant investment manager in the London investment management team at Rathbones. Having graduated from Heriot-Watt University with an MA (Hons) degree in International Business Management, he completed an MSc in Real Estate: Investment and Finance prior to joining Rathbones in 2018.

Scott is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), he has completed his Investment Advice Diploma and is now pursuing the CISI Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.

Matthew has recently joined Rathbones as an investment director having over 23 years of investment experience managing portfolio for individuals, trusts, charities and pension funds at Quilter Cheviot.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI as well as being a long serving committee member and ex-president of the Manchester District of the CISI. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester.

Matthew’s focus remains to work closely with the owners of the funds and their chosen professional advisers, providing the highest quality of service at all times.

Matthew has recently joined Rathbones as an investment director having over 23 years of investment experience managing portfolio for individuals, trusts, charities and pension funds at Quilter Cheviot.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI as well as being a long serving committee member and ex-president of the Manchester District of the CISI. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester.

She joined Rathbones in June 2013 after taking time off to raise her family. Sarah commenced her career in financial services with State Street Global Advisors before moving to the corporate broking team at Deutsche Bank where she specialised in looking after investment trust clients. She then spent four years at Collins Stewart in the corporate finance team, again specialising in investment trusts.

Sarah graduated from the University of Birmingham with a first-class degree in Money, Banking & Finance with French with a year spent studying the master’s degree course in International Economics & Finance at the University of Bordeaux.
