Audrey joined Rathbones in early 2017 having previously worked in the industry as a client service executive at Bordier and Cie (UK) Limited. She was later promoted to a senior client service executive whilst working at Bordier.

Audrey graduated, with a 2:1 (Hons) degree, from Bristol University in 2011 and worked as an intern at an investment management firm in the City for one year.

Audrey works as a client service executive for two investment directors, Charles Wilcox and Andrew Dawson Paul.

Nik is an investment director with 20 years’ experience in financial services. He joined Rathbones as an investment director in 2018 and manages discretionary investment portfolios for private individuals, trusts, charities and pension funds within a longstanding team.

Nik graduated with a degree in European Business Studies from Middlesex University in 1996 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

He started his career at Merrill Lynch in 1997 moving to Julius Baer in 2012 when they acquired Merrill’s international business.

Nik is an investment director with 20 years’ experience in financial services. He joined Rathbones as an investment director in 2018 and manages discretionary investment portfolios for private individuals, trusts, charities and pension funds within a longstanding team.

Nik graduated with a degree in European Business Studies from Middlesex University in 1996 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Tim joined Rathbones in 2018 as an investment director.  He is a qualified Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and holds the Securities Institute Diploma.

Tim graduated in 2000 with a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and after a brief period in the military, started his investment management career in 2002.  Tim spent equal time at Charles Stanley and Killik before joining HSBC Global Asset Management in 2011 where he was the regional head for London representing Discretionary Wealth Management.  Throughout his investment management career, Tim’s focus has been on investments for private individuals, their pensions and family trusts.

Tim joined Rathbones in 2018 as an investment director.  He is a qualified Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and holds the Securities Institute Diploma.

Amy joined Rathbones in 2013. She manages private client and Personal Injury and Court of Protection portfolios. Amy is a member of the Rathbones Fixed Income Collectives Committee.

She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, having obtained the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification in 2017. In doing so, she became the youngest person to achieve this qualification aged 21. Amy also holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Amy was the winner of the Rising Talent Award at the 2021 PIMFA Diversity and Inclusion Awards.

Jing is a senior asset allocation analyst at Rathbones, supporting the head of asset allocation research as well the Strategic Asset Allocation Committee in maintaining and improving Rathbones' top-down investment process.

Jing joined the firm in February 2017, before which she worked as an investment analyst for the investment arm of Arbuthnot Latham, a London based boutique private bank. She spent over three years at Arbuthnot, learning and contributing in areas of fund selection, thematic research and client support.

Jing holds two economics and business-related degrees, a distinction in MSc Financial Analysis and Fund Management from Exeter University, and she is a CFA® charterholder.

Emma graduated with a BSc in Mathematics with Business Management from the University of East Anglia. She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a CFA charterholder.

Alex is head of collectives research for Rathbones. He is responsible for carrying out quantitative and qualitative analysis to select funds for recommended use within portfolios managed at Rathbones across different asset classes and strategies. He sits on Rathbone’s Collectives Research Committees and also assists the Rathbone multi-asset portfolios team with their collectives’ investments.

Alex joined Rathbones in May 2015. Prior to joining, he worked for the British Steel Pension Fund and Dimensional Fund Advisors, specialising in Asia-Pacific and Emerging Markets equity portfolio management. Alex graduated from the University of Durham with a BA (Hons) in Economics. He holds the Investment Management Certificate, is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and is a CFA charterholder.

Alex is head of collectives research for Rathbones. He is responsible for carrying out quantitative and qualitative analysis to select funds for recommended use within portfolios managed at Rathbones across different asset classes and strategies. Mary is a Research administration manager and joined Rathbones in 2016.  Mary sits on the research support team and is responsible for taking minutes of meetings, building relationships with external brokers, organising company meetings, creating and maintaining departmental procedures and other ad hoc project work.

Mary has over 17 years’ experience in financial services, having previously worked for Lloyds Banking Group and BGC Partners. She gained her AAT Accounting Certificate in 2001 and became a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2002.

Mary is a Research administration manager and joined Rathbones in 2016.  Mary sits on the research support team and is responsible for taking minutes of meetings, building relationships with external brokers, organising company meetings, creating and maintaining departmental procedures and other ad hoc project work.

Thomas is a risk analyst at Rathbones. He joined the company in December 2014, initially working as a portfolio modelling assistant within a large private client team. Thomas later went on to work as an investment manager’s assistant supporting an investment director with the management of client’s investment portfolios. Thomas then joined the research team in 2016.

Thomas graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2014, with a first-class honours degree in Mathematics; and holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Thomas is a risk analyst at Rathbones. He joined the company in December 2014, initially working as a portfolio modelling assistant within a large private client team. Sean joined Rathbones in 2015 and oversees the Research Operations function. Sean is also responsible for the management and implementation of the investment research communications strategy.

Previously, Sean worked for Dow Jones as a senior associate covering the private markets. During his time there, he produced an array of research content for clients and for public consumption, focusing principally on private equity and venture capital investment activity in the U.S., EMEA and China.

Sean received an honours degree in European Studies with Spanish from the University of Portsmouth, which included a five month overseas study placement at the University of Salamanca.

Sean joined Rathbones in 2015 and oversees the Research Operations function. Sean is also responsible for the management and implementation of the investment research communications strategy.
