Leah is an investment manager with Rathbones Investment Management International in Jersey. She joined Rathbones in 2017 and sits on the company’s Investment Committee and Dealing and Execution Committee as the representative for RIMI. Leah graduated from Cardiff University in 2014 with a first class honours degree in History.

She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and qualified as a Level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager in 2019, previously passing the Level 6 Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) with distinction.

Victoria is an assistant investment manager with Rathbones Investment Management International in Jersey. She has over 17 years’ experience in the finance industry, four years of which have been in Jersey in trust and private banking. Victoria joined Rathbones in 2012 having previously worked at Nomura Asset Management in London.  

She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having obtained the Investment Advice Diploma. Victoria also holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Joel is an investment director at Rathbones Investment Management International in Jersey and manages multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients, offshore trusts and charities. Joel is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder (CFA). He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having passed the CISI Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) with distinction. In addition, he holds the Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute. In his spare time, he runs courses helping candidates preparing for their CFA exams.

Joel began his finance career in 2005 as a commercial wealth manager with HSBC in Leeds and Jersey. In 2010 he moved to Barclays Bank Offshore, and was responsible for the management of the Barclays ‘International Funds’ discretionary portfolios for international clients, trusts and charities. Joel moved to Smith & Williamson in 2015 as a senior portfolio manage and joined Rathbones at the start of 2019.

Phil is the deputy managing director of Rathbones Investment Management International. He manages a range of private client, trust and charity portfolios and sits on both Jersey and Group Investment Committees at Rathbones. Phil is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IIMR).

He joined Rathbones from Close International Asset Management, where he was the lead investment manager responsible for managing Close’s multi-award winning All Weather Fund. Phil has worked in the finance industry for 37 years, both in Jersey and the United Kingdom; and he has extensive private and investment banking experience, having also worked previously at SG Hambros and NatWest Bank.

Phil is the deputy managing director of Rathbones Investment Management International. He manages a range of private client, trust and charity portfolios and sits on both Jersey and Group Investment Committees at Rathbones. Tim sits on the Jersey Executive Committee and has responsibility for RIMI’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations.
