Phil is an investment director who joined Rathbones in 1997 having previously qualified as a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

Phil completed the Securities Institute Diploma and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment as well as achieving the designation of Chartered Wealth Manager.

Phil is responsible for managing investment portfolios for private individuals, trusts and SIPPs.

Nigel began his career in the City in 1974, moving into financial services sector in 1977 with stockbrokers Strauss Turnbull. In 1986 he became a member of the London Stock Exchange.

During the 1990’s he worked for Societe Generale Investment Management, which was acquired by Tilney Investment Management in 2003. Tilney was acquired by The Deutsche Bank in 2007. He joined Rathbone Investment Management in June 2014.

Nigel began his career in the City in 1974, moving into financial services sector in 1977 with stockbrokers Strauss Turnbull. In 1986 he became a member of the London Stock Exchange.

During the 1990’s he worked for Societe Generale Investment Management, which was acquired by Tilney Investment Management in 2003. Tilney was acquired by The Deutsche Bank in 2007. He joined Rathbone Investment Management in June 2014.

Matthew joined Rathbones as an investment director in June 2014.  He specialises in managing investment portfolios for private clients, pension funds, trusts, charities and private companies. 

Matthew began his career in 1994 at Robson Cotterell which went on to become part of Charles Stanley in 2002.  He was an investment manager at Deutsche Bank Asset & Wealth Management for 6 ½ years before joining Rathbones. 

Matthew is an individually Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and is also a Chartered Wealth Manager.  He was named as one of the Top 40 under 40 UK investment professionals by PAM in 2011.

Matthew joined Rathbones as an investment director in June 2014.  He specialises in managing investment portfolios for private clients, pension funds, trusts, charities and private companies.

Euan graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an MSc in Finance before joining Barclays Private Bank working in London, Geneva and latterly in Scotland. He joined Rathbones in 2014 and specialises in the management of charities and private clients. Euan is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder, a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the Investment Management Certificate. He sits on Rathbones Developed Market Equity Committee and is responsible for the research of European investments.

Euan is a guest lecturer at Heriot-Watt University Investment Club focusing on the topics of stock analysis, sustainability and corporate governance. In addition to this he runs open days for students interested in working in the investment management industry.

He sits on the Scottish Council of the Outward Bound Trust and as an active fell runner promotes the benefits of outdoor pursuits in the development of young people.

Robert is an Investment Director and he has over 25 years’ experience managing risk-adjusted multi-asset portfolios for wealthy private clients, trusts, pensions and charities.

After graduating from University and RMA Sandhurst Robert served as an Army Officer for four years before joining the City stockbrokers Laurence Keen that was acquired by Rathbones in 1995. He is qualified as a Chartered Wealth Manager and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.  Robert has had a number of senior leadership roles within the business and spent 12 years on the Executive and Management Committees.

Robert is an Alderman of the City of London and Past Master of the Guild of Investment Managers.  He is also on the Boards of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the Impact Investing Institute.

Nick is an investment director with responsibility for the bespoke investment management of portfolios for private clients and their trusts, self invested personal pensions (SIPPs) and charities. He has over 25 years' investment experience having started his financial career with the Edinburgh stockbrokers, Bell Lawrie, subsequently Brewin Dolphin, where he rose to become a divisional director. His responsibilities there included being a trustee of both the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution company pension schemes and also a founding member of the Asset Allocation Committee.

Lorraine is an investment manager responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts and charities. 

She has worked in investment management for over 16 years and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having completed the Regulation & Compliance and Private Client Investment Advice and Management examinations.  Prior to joining Rathbones, Lorraine was an investment manager with Brewin Dolphin, Glasgow.  

Lorraine is an investment manager responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts and charities. 

She has worked in investment management for over 16 years and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having completed the Regulation & Compliance and Private Client Investment Advice and Management examinations.  Prior to joining Rathbones, Lorraine was an investment manager with Brewin Dolphin, Glasgow.

Grant has almost 20 years experience in the industry having joined Glasgow stockbrokers Stirling Hendry in 1995 whilst still at university. Starting on the firm's graduate trainee programme, he progressed to the role of investment manager looking after a variety of private clients, trusts and charities. Through a variety of mergers, the firm eventually became part of the Gerrard Group and Grant moved to Brewin Dolphin in 2005 and became an assistant director. He joined Rathbones in May 2015.

Grant is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments. Outside of the office, his interests are running and travel.

Joe is an investment director in our Liverpool office and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments with 20 years' financial industry experience. Joe attained his CISI Diploma in 2011 and works closely in a team with investment director - Brian Kenny, managing private client, trust and charity assets valued in excess of £200m.  

Prior to joining Rathbones in 2002 as a corporate events administrator, Joe worked for Tilney Investment Mgt. He worked in various operational roles covering several areas of the business ranging from dividend receipts, UK market settlements, and overseas trade settlement.

Joe is an investment director in our Liverpool office and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments with 20 years' financial industry experience. Joe attained his CISI Diploma in 2011 and works closely in a team with investment director - Brian Kenny, managing private client, trust and charity assets valued in excess of £200m.
