Marcus is an investment director specialising in private client portfolio management, associated self invested pension schemes and trusts. He also manages investment portfolios on behalf of charities.

He is a graduate of Exeter University and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. The early part of his financial career was spent at Killik & Co in London before joining Rathbones in 1997.

Tiffany joined Rathbones in 2012.  She manages investment portfolios for a variety of private clients, charities, trusts and family office arrangements.  Tiffany is a member of both the Rathbones’ UK Stock Selection and the Diversifiers Committees.

Tiffany completed her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School and began her career as a trainee specialising in Employment Law and Industrial Relations.  She joined Taylor Young Investment Management in 2007.

Tim joined Rathbones in March 2006 and manages discretionary portfolios for private clients, pension funds, trusts and charities.  He is also a member of the Investment Executive Committee and chairman of the Diversifiers Committee. 

Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and has a joint honours degree from Edinburgh University in Politics and Economic History.  Prior to joining Rathbones, he worked for nine years as an investment manager at Kleinwort Benson where he sat on the Asset Allocation Committee and the Overseas Stock Selection Committee. Tim is married with three children and lives in Suffolk.

Lee Joined Rathbones in 2011 as an Investment Manager. He manages investments for a range of private clients, pension funds, trusts and charities.

Prior to joining Rathbones from Barclays Wealth, Lee has over 15 years’ experience within the private client investment management industry and has worked at Blackrock in the Charities division and managed private client portfolios for a number of years at Investec.

Lee is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the CISI Diploma in Investment Management.

Lee is also a member of the Rathbone Collective Committee, specialising in Asia, Emerging Markets and Commodities.

Tim is an investment director with 27 years’ experience of managing private client investment portfolios.  He joined Rathbones in August 2000 having previously worked at Kleinwort Benson Private Wealth Management where he also had responsibility for researching the pharmaceuticals and telecoms sectors.

He manages discretionary private client investment portfolios, together with a number of charities, personal pension schemes and bespoke unit trusts/OEICs for large family groups, often within complex trust structures. 
Tim is a member of the Rathbones Investment Executive Committee which has responsibility for the investment process, its monitoring and ongoing development. He is also sits on Rathbones Portfolio Construction Committee and is a member of the Collective Funds Investment Committee, which has responsibility for the research, selection and ongoing monitoring of “best-of-breed” funds for the group.

Tim is a regional director responsible for Rathbones' Investment Management business in Liverpool.

He started his investment career in 1994 initially with Neilson Cobbold which was acquired by Rathbones in 1996. Prior to this Tim served eight years in the Army with the 9th/12th Royal Lancers.

Tim is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He manages a wide variety of client portfolios including private clients, trusts, pension funds and charitable trusts on a segregated basis. Tim was a member of the Group Stock Selection Committee from 2002 to 2017 and chairman of trustees for the Rathbone pension scheme from 2006 to 2018, he is also involved with the Financial Advisor Specialist Group. Tim was appointed as a non-executive director for the Invesco Income Growth Trust plc on 3rd April 2018.

Justine has a vast experience investing private client portfolios having been with Rathbones for more than 30 years. She is a respected member of our firm and sits on our Investment Executive Committee as well as the IFA Investment Committee.  She acts as regional co-ordinator for IFA relationships across the South, recognising the importance of a holistic approach to clients’ finances. 

Justine is active in the local area and as deputy head of Rathbones’ Winchester office she heads up our annual carol concert in the historic setting of Winchester Cathedral among other events. Many of Justine’s clients have invested with her for several generations and she sees her role as more than just managing investments. She is passionate about getting to know families and helping them grow over the years to meet both their investment goals and life ambitions.

Tom is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute and a Chartered Wealth Manager. He is part of the team that transferred to Rathbones from Deutsche Bank in May 2014 and before Deutsche Bank Tom was a private client manager at Brown Shipley.

As an investment director, Tom manages portfolios for private clients, pension funds, charities and trusts. He holds a MSc in Industrial Relations from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Management Studies from the University of Manchester (UMIST).
